Member

A member shall be elected by popular vote and have the right to decide the intention of local government as a representative of the residents.

Chairperson/Vice chairperson

The council keeps 1 chairperson and 1 vice chairperson for a two years term at the general meeting by secret vote.

- The chairperson shall be responsible for being a representative of the council and presiding the council, for instance, controlling the duties of the council; the vice chairperson shall act as a chairperson in the case of the absence of the chairperson.

Standing committees

The council maintains three standing committee such as steering committee, planning & general affairs committee and Society & Urban Committee, which reviews bills, budget draft and civil applications.
