I am Tak Young-il, Chairperson of the 9th Dongnae-gu Council.

The 9th Dongnae-gu Council will always prioritize the will of the citizens, looking only at them and becoming their eyes, ears, hands, and feet. We will be an open council that communicates by listening to residents' stories and finding answers in the field.

We will become a model local council trusted for doing good work. Based on expertise and responsibility befitting the council's status, we will lead Dongnae's development. As a capable council researching ahead and working on the ground, we will open up a vibrant future for Dongnae.

We will be a council that harmonizes with a balanced perspective. We will operate as a productive and efficient council that cooperates with the executive body based on rational checks and monitoring, which are the council's inherent powers. We will smoothly communicate and collaborate with the ruling and opposition parties and the executive branch to create an exemplary cooperation model and gradually resolve local issues.
